Torrey Hubred retired in 2009 from the Army National Guard with over 22 years of service. He boasts many accomplishments in his military career both as an Officer and a Non-Commissioned Officer. His experiences range from serving as a Company Commander in Iraq to working at the National Guard Bureau.

Most recently he served as the Program Manager for the Post Deployment Health Reassessment (PDHRA) Program. During his tenure in this assignment, the Army National Guard PDHRA increased from 54 to 94 percent and led the entire Department of Defense in compliance. He has received several military awards culminating with the Legion of Merit.

Mr. Hubred's civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Masters of Business Administration, and a Project Management Professional Credential.
