Mindy Smith

Mindy attended Louisiana State University at Alexandria. She has worked in the medical field for the past 15 years, with Administrative experience in the Radiological and Neurosurgical fields.

Mrs. Smith started with Onsite Health as the Client Relations Manager for the Louisiana Army National Guard in December of 2008.  She excelled to the position of Operations Manager in September of 2010 for the Mississippi-Delta Region.
