Job Description: Provide soldiers with their Personal Health Assessments (PHAs).
Requirements: You must be licensed in the state that the event is held and have your malpractice insurance certificate. Doctors need to have a current CPR card and advanced Cardio Life Support (ACLS) training is preferred. Some travel and long days are common. Military experience is preferred.

Focus Location: CA: Camp Roberts
MS: Grenada, Hattiesburg, Newton, Jackson, Gulfport
Pay Rate: $100 an hour
Position Type: Independent Contractor
Hours / Schedule: Sat and Sun - 0700-1700, may vary per event
