Onsite Health started as Onsite Dental in 1997 with a vision of making state-of-the-art dental care more convenient for employees at leading technology companies in the Silicon Valley. We offered a wide variety of dental services through several dental insurance plans, and we developed a loyal patient following that continues to this day and is expanding across the country. Our original vision has expanded and we now make a wide variety of healthcare services more accessible to ever-expanding populations of patients nationwide. In 2001 we began offering dental services to the Bay Area's underserved population through our newly created Onsite Dental Foundation. Not long after 9/11, we learned that the California Army National Guard needed support to help soldiers “dentally ready” to deploy, first to Afghanistan and then to Iraq. Our team, our assets and our commitment to help care for those who serve enabled us to build a partnership with the California Guard that has since spread across the country. Onsite now has contracts with the National Guard in 22 states, and we have provided customized service for the Air National Guard, Army Reserve, Marine Forces Reserve, and the Active Duty Air Force and Navy. In 2008, we expanded our offerings to medical diagnostic services, including occupational health, hearing, vision, women’s health, laboratory and immunization services. In 2011 we began working for the Department of Veterans Affairs and serving Veterans. We implemented recruiting, training and quality assurance processes to ensure both the highest quality of care and strongest and most responsive administrative and IT support for the medical and dental leadership in each state. Our expansion included changing our name from Onsite Dental to Onsite Health and establishing offices in six locations throughout the country. In 2011 we began building a team of world-class senior executives and partner companies to significantly enhance both the scale and scope of our capabilities, and we are proud to announce our proposal in May of this year to compete for the next Reserve Health Readiness Program (click here to learn more). Throughout our history, Onsite Health has been committed to continuous innovation and improvement. We constantly look for ways to better serve our patients and clients, and we thrive on your feedback. To send us your ideas, please click here.
